Aviation Nation 2025, 4-6 April, Nellis AFB
Mission: For those 496TFS members and spouses who wish to attend, this will be an informal squadron gathering.
Billeting: As desired.
Details: 4 April is Military Appreciation Day and airshow rehearsal, with the formal show being 5 & 6 Apr. This also marks the 50th Anniversary of Red Flag, with various activities planned on the 4th. For those that would like to attend, SNOSNAKE & Barb will arrange for a place to meet for dinner Friday evening 4 Apr, once we get an idea on who may show. If you are planning to attend, please send Tootsie (with Cc to SNOSNAKE) an e-mail to that effect, and we’ll add our list of “Planned Attendees” (see below). That way those coming can make their own plans to join up.
- Fri, 4 Apr -- For those without ID cars, we’ll coordinate to carpool to Nellis with those of that have ID cards. Dinner at location TBD to follow.
- Sat/Sun, 5-6 Apr -- Parking is at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Buses will be provided to transport folks to the Flight Line.
- Gates open at 10am, with Opening Ceremonies scheduled for 11am. Flying performances go to 5pm.

2022 Squadron Reunion Post Action Report
Our 2022 reunion in Colorado Springs was a smashing success thanks to flight lead, Smiler Eberhart, supported by his able wingman, Tootsie Roll. We are in the process of collecting pictures and will soon have them posted to the 2022 Reunion tab. Keep checking back.
For those who attended, you should have seen an e-mail with instructions on where to send any pictures you took during the reunion. Dirty has volunteered to head up the reunion picture collection and will upload them to a Dropbox where everyone can see them. In addition, we'll be adding select pictures to the website, as already noted.

I am currently rebuilding our website after it was deleted when our web provider moved us to a new server. It is a work in progress.
